15th January 2020: Nerd Nite Victoria
Join us for the first edition of Nerd Nite Victoria of 2020, where enthusiasts talk about their passion in an informal atmosphere. Our audience is anyone interested in science, geeky subjects and other passions.
Our talks this month:
– Christine Todd – “From Hierarchical Relationality to Non-hierarchical Inter-Relationality: Playing with Power”
– Spencer Bialek – “Compelled to Propel: Escaping to the Stars”
– Victoria Arbour – “There is no Dino, only Zuul”
Entrance fee $5 (students, door only), $10 (regular), donations encouraged (*)
Doors open at 7.00 PM, opening at 7.30 PM.
Everyone (19+) is welcome!
* This is a non-profit event. All income from the entrance fee goes to the rent of the venue and organizational costs.
